"Our Story"

About Carter's

Hello there.  My name is Brenda Carter and the birth of Carter's For Christ was placed on our hearts by God to provide a platform where one could come and talk with a group of people of like-mindedness. We also wanted to leave something behind for our children, grands and great grand children providing a foundation and a path for them to come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.  As the voice of the audio's for the Daily Devotionals we also wanted to leave our voice behind for our children, grand and great-grands.  Each Devotional has a comment at the end of each reading in an attempt to give an exposition of our thoughts, advice and love.  The intent is to invoke conversation around God's Words in hopes that some may come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ!  Salvation Is The Key!

Our Mission

At Carter's For Christ, our mission is to ignite conversations around the Word of God, drawing individuals closer to embracing and accepting Jesus Christ as their Personal Savior. We are dedicated to delivering the Word of God, reaching, and teaching the salvation message, spreading the transformative power of God's love and grace to all who will hear.  Join us in our mission to share the hope and joy of the gospel with the world and leaving a biblical foundation for our children whom we will be leaving behind.

OurVision

Welcome to Carter's For Christ, we pray that you will be inspired to browse through our site and come with us as we bring the message of Salvation to everyone who will listen, especially our family and friends. Sharing with them the way to Salvation in Jesus Christ. Our vision is to reach out and  provide you with accurate and useful biblical information that will help you to easily share your faith and connect others with God on a level that can only be described as an epiphany. Leaving you with the  ability to share Christ, freely and easily with your family and friends. This is a time of true need for the world as the Name of Jesus is extinct today in most conversations and some just simply don't want to hear it.  But I say to you that the Lord's Word never returns to us void. Because even when you are sharing with one person who is not particularly hearing you. Someone else may have heard you clearly and took that leap of faith in Jesus.  "It happened to me!"

I was so zealous when I accepted Christ as Savior that my whole world around me changed in that instant. I told everyone, family, friends and anyone who would give me 5 minutes out of their day.  Colors in my world were so brilliant, I had no idea! Whites were whiter, blues, green, yellow and reds were brilliant.  It was like I fell off one stage of life and was lifted onto another. But getting back to, "It happened to me." Well, one day  I was zealously sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with some family and friends who I love and they did not receive the message when I finished and told me, "No," when I asked the Salvation question. They told me, “No."  I just looked at them quietly and in shock. It was just unbelievable. As I just stood there looking at them...a small crowd had amassed and someone from the crowd shouted out to the top of his lungs to me and said, “I would!"  I was so animated while telling the story I painted a picture of the Love of Jesus that he said to me. “Please pray the prayer with me he asked, I want to go to Heaven.” I presented Christ to him, I could tell he understood when I asked him the ultimate question, "Would he like to accept Jesus Christ as his Personal Savior?" and he said, “Yes.”  I was excited, he was excited... We hugged and I gave him a small booklet to read . Both of us walked away smiling.

But sadly, I learned from his family that he passed away the very next morning.  The Lord had called him home. “Wow!” Although it was a time of sadness for the family because of his passing my heart rejoiced because of the decision he made the night before. Truly he was absent from his body, but his soul was at home with the Lord. To all who read this; “Tomorrow isn't promised to us.” It's very important that we make this decision for our life now and live for Christ. Join Carter's for Christ today and let us walk together on this amazing journey learning how to share the Message of Jesus Christ bringing the Salvation message to the masses.
